Use the Reporting page to access free, interactive eCommerce reports that pull your business data from the Kibo eCommerce Data Warehouse. You can leverage the data from these reports to gain insight into your business and to tailor your product offerings.

There are three report categories:

Each section on the Reporting page represents a report category and can contain multiple reports and data visualizations. You can sort and filter tabular report results or export report data in .csv format.

For example, to see all completed orders sorted by date in descending order, do the following:

  2. Scroll to the Order Summary Report.
  3. Click View all [x] rows.

Sorting and filtering is not supported by non-tabular reports.
